As a Bear Island homeowner, you can enjoy one of these parks:<\/span><\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><a href=\"http:\/\/villagesofpalmbeachlakespoa.com\/faircloth-park-1\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Faircloth Park<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: Located at 3031 Shiloh Drive, this park features four lighted tennis courts, four racquetball courts and a sand volleyball court. There\u2019s also a jogging trail, kiddie pool and a 148,000-gallon swimming pool. The park also has two picnic tables and a charcoal grill (available on a first-come first-served basis), as well as a recreation room that can be reserved for HOA meetings or small gatherings.<\/span><\/li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><a href=\"http:\/\/villagesofpalmbeachlakespoa.com\/perini-park\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Perini Park<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: Located at 2900 Cumberland Drive, this park features eight tennis courts, four racquetball courts, a basketball court, a sand volleyball court, two softball fields, a 172,000-gallon swimming pool with a separate kiddie pool.<\/span><\/li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><a href=\"http:\/\/villagesofpalmbeachlakespoa.com\/stamford-park\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Stamford Park<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: Located at 2100 Saratoga Road, this park features an adult pool, kiddie pool, two tennis courts, volleyball court, bocce court and a multi-purpose playing field in a peaceful country setting with a small picnic area for quiet relaxation.<\/span><\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">In order to use any of these Villages POA parks, you must have a pass, which you can get at any of the facilities.
